Type I

Type II

Category:
reference centre for sleep medicine (SM)

Care provided:
multidisciplinary

the whole spectrum of sleep disorders

Postgraduate activities:
regular

Scientific activities:
voluntary

The Centre for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Sleep-Disordered Breathing is categorised as a Type II CSM

Type III

Classification:
part of a specialized facility

Care provided:
limited

The range of diseases treated:
a limited spectrum of sleep disorders

Postgraduate activities:
voluntary

Scientific activities:
voluntary

The Unit for the Monitoring and Treatment of Sleep-Disordered Breathing is categorised as a Type III CSM
